Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Personal care products (once opened)
• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our support team at AlyshaGorczanyhp@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Shipping Costs Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a prepaid label will be provided and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
